Making A Purchase
Please take your time to view our website adding your selections to the shopping basket. If sending a balloon in a box you will be asked to add your message for the card and delivery date. You can then confirm your purchase and continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Please note that for each balloon in a box a separate order needs to be made.
Complete the details required on the order form, add details for any personalised balloons or balloon in a box and leave the rest to us!
We accept payment via Google Checkout or Nochex which are both fully secure. If paying by cheque(UK Only) please make cheques payable to Balloon Allsorts. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery for clearance of funds via cheque.
Our prices are all in pound sterling.
By placing an order, you the customer accept our terms and conditions and authorise us to take payment for your chosen goods.
Incorrect or Faulty Goods
Please email us at sales@balloonallsorts.co.uk and explain what items have been sent out incorrectly or are faulty. Once you have advised us what item has been dispatched in error return the item to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition and we will either send out the correct product or offer a refund. If you are returning faulty goods please return to us and if we find they are faulty we will either send out a replacement, give a full refund or gift voucher to use in our online shop. Please quote your order number with the returned product and inform us by email that the item is in the post. We recommend sending the items by Recorded Delivery or some other method that provides a proof of posting. If the items are not received by us and you have no proof of posting, we will not be able to offer any refund or dispatch replacement items. Should your return item be lost in the post you will need to make your own claim with the postal service used.
Back Orders and substitutions
If your item is not in stock we will contact you by email. You then have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or accept a substitution. If you have selected a balloon in a box that is rarely unavailable we will contact you to offer a suitable substitute, if we are unable to contact you we will select a close substitute and send to avoid disappointment.
