We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 2 working days via First Class Royal Mail. Should your order be delayed we will contact you as soon as possible. Please remember that delivery to some remote UK areas take longer. Overseas orders we aim to dispatch within 2 working days via International Signed for Air Mail, delivery generally takes 5-10 days unless delayed by customs which is beyond our control.

Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive you may cancel your order at any time within 7 workings days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this via email at sales@balloonallsorts.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and return the packaged item to us within 28 days: Personalised, helium filled balloons and disposable helium cylinders are NOT returnable.
Items must be returned to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning any items to us. No refunds will be issued until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any items to us.
No responsibility will be accepted for any goods that are received late or address details supplied are incorrect. Goods can still be returned to us in perfect, un-opened, re-saleable condition however you will be liable for all postage costs. Personalised, helium filled balloons and disposable helium cylinders are NOT returnable.
Returned items will be subject to a 15% handling fee. If you cancel your order prior to dispatch a full refund will be given.
Helium Filled Balloons
Damaged or non arrival of balloons must be reported to us at sales@balloonallsorts.co.uk within 5 days. Refunds will only be issued for damaged goods or goods which have been lost in transit. Please retain all goods and packaging until resolved as proof will be required, failure to do so may result in the claim being rejected. If a balloon arrives late having selected next day delivery, a gift voucher for the postage only will be emailed for you to use against a future purchase from Balloon Allsorts. A refund will not be made if delivery has been attempted.
